Just changed the oil and filter on my 2001 Savage. Following the owners manual instructions to the T, I added 2400 ml of replacement 10W40.
After running the bike, and letting it sit, the oil level is now above the full line, and for that matter, just avove the oil window.
1) Have I overfilled it?
2) Can I run the engine without harming it, or must I attempt to drain some oil off?
